Am I reading the precis right that you're basically saying that people should pay more attention to effects sizes? And is there a good literature or a Sage handbook or something that can put this in pragmatic terms--e.g., I'm running a bunch of regressions and I want to highlight effects, what do I look for (or are you critiquing the cult of regression along with significance?
